Everyone you talk to as you plan your wedding says “just enjoy every moment, it goes by so fast”. We hired Karen and (Mountain Wedding Co full bartending service ) for Day of Coordination Services and because of that we were actually able to “enjoy every moment”. Karen is amazing and pours all her energy and strong organizational skills into pulling off the wedding. She met with us a few times in advance, helped finalize details, was there at our rehearsal and then worked from dawn till well, dawn the next day to execute everything we had planned. I could not imaging having a wedding without Karen to run the day, it would have been so much work for friends and family.
We are local to town and knew enough about the vendors here but Karen had even more insight and worked seamlessly with everyone else who had a role to play (DJ, caterer, band, linen and glass rental, reception venue etc…). Investing in day of coordination is money well spent! We also had Mountain Wedding Co provide bartending service and they did an awesome job. We had their signature Mojitos for guests and they were a big hit.
